Fix problem with recently-added defcustom's

* lisp/progmodes/php-ts-mode.el (php-ts-mode-php-config)
(php-ts-mode-ws-port, php-ts-mode-ws-document-root)
(php-ts-mode-ws-workers): Fix :type and :safe attributes.
